FOUND THE "LAPTOP GUY" ON THE INTERNET AND WAS IMPRESSED BY THE SITE. NOT
WANTING TO SEND MY LAPTOP TO AN UNKNOWN PERSON, I DECIDED TO ACTUALLY VISIT THEM
IN COLUMBUS, OHIO. I WAS GREETED BY VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF INCLUDING "ZOE".
THEY DIAGNOSED AND CLEANED MY LAPTOP AND SHIPPED IT BACK IN A PACKING BOX
DESIGNED FOR LAPTOPS. I WILL DEFINATELY BE SENDING MY WIFE'S COMPUTER TO THEM

was very impressed with your customer service. I don't know much about
computers, however I felt like the process was explained well and I knew what to
expect when I left my computer. Also, the customer service people answered all
of my questions and did not make me feel dumb about asking. I will definately

I just wanted to let you know that I LOVE that The Laptop Guy has worked with us to set up a custom process for our laptops that need repair. The ability for me to view and pay invoices online, and the emails I receive from you when approval is needed for repairs are such a time saver!
